Not mentioned in the NSW election was the LNP’s attempts to alter 19B of the Workers Compensation Act. 19B says employees in a long list of ‘prescribed’ employment don’t have to prove they caught Covid at work. The employer has to prove they didn’t. Hopefully 19B is now safe.
