Fewer than half of the State's children under 12 have had even ONE vaccine shot. What this says about the future of public health programs in NSW is a bit worrying. It's parents not getting their kids vaccinated, against a potentially lethal and high-morbidity disease. /2

We're looking at a potentially lost set of generations here, in public health terms, the parents and now their children. There should be immediate action to build a community understanding of public health and how it works, because that can take years. /3

I see no indication there will be political leadership to fix this. Most conservative and even progressive governments around the world are 'living with' a pandemic virus, ffs, a public health oxymoronic farce. /end
