‘Living with’ an epidemic or pandemic means the epidemic or pandemic IS NOT OVER. When we ‘live with’ flu, it’s because it’s not epidemic or pandemic flu. The measure for this pandemic being over will be non-epidemic numbers of infections, not hospitalisations. /end
