#covid19 another conversation yesterday with a ‘vaccines will set us free’ person, convinced it’s fine to allow virus to circulate freely, provided we’re all vaccinated. Jabs in, job done, etc. Try this little gedanken experiment…/1

If a school-aged child or even adult gets whooping cough, do we allow them to come to school/work, saying ‘it’s fine, we’re all vaccinated here’? From my own experience, um, no. They’re told to isolate, restrictions are put on their movement and gathering. /the end
