This was a day and a half ago. So I’m no longer infectious. Many workplaces let you come back to work while your RAT is still positive. Madness. I’m still on Metformin for another week. Because Covid is still inside me, you have to keep your foot on its neck. You’re not ‘better’ when you feel better and are testing negative. I’ll also be avoiding all exercise for 6-8 weeks, exercise can screw up immune repair, autonomic regulation and cause cardiovascular complications while your body is repairing. There’ll also be tests for any damage to things like kidney and heart function. Nobody is told this. I read the science, and have one of the leading doctors. Most are shoved back into the workplace about 3 days into their initial infection. Again, madness. Covid fucks you over, and you mostly won’t feel it doing it.
