Trump’s idiot adventures in Iran are dramatically accelerating this shift. I’ve posted a lot here about how cultures need to be broken, catastrophically, to make meaningful change. Otherwise status always rules, the status quo, everybody’s habitual way of doing things, that protects their status. Which is also their identity. Now the brutal realities are hitting, expect to see the anti-EV and anti-renewables crowd either dig in even harder and then be swept away. Or do a triple somersault and double twist with their beliefs, pretending they were on the side of the change all along.
