Rich countries are like cars who refuse to slow down for roadwork. Movement is their pathological obsession. For the whole of the pandemic they've tried to run 'normal life' alongside a pandemic. Now they're doing it with vaccines, hoping to avoid movement and gathering restrictions. To 'live with the virus', as they say, like having a death adder as a pet for the kids. It won't work, as we're seeing below. Kids will be next, unable to be vaccinated, the virus spreading rampantly into schools. Nobody will care.
