The best EVs currently available are in the medium car part of the market. Tesla Model 3 and Y, and the BYD Seal. You can see how EVs are smashing all opposition there. BYD mid-sized SUVs will start to add even further to that segment. Once small and large vehicles are readily available as EVs too, it’s game over for ICEs. There are actually quite a few smaller EVs, just not as well marketed and historically without the same discounts. But that’s changing fast. You can see that where EVs are available, people are leaving petrol and diesel at speed.
