BA.2 is a new variety of Omicron. It has arrived in Australia but is still at small numbers. Remember the Premier has asked us to ‘push through’ Omicron. That’s BA.1 Omicron. BA.2 is waiting. (P.S. Denmark has the same 2-dose vaccination coverage as us. Over 60% of its population has had a 3rd shot. Only 35% of Australians have had a 3rd shot.)
