A new type of Covid denialism is large numbers of people wandering around in workplaces with coughs and sneezes saying 'it's just a cold'. They have no proof of that, it's completely made up. But it gives them an excuse to be sick, at work, and not get tested. And now if their employer doesn't have strong policies about being sick at work, they're free to infect everybody else there.
