Why don't we question what the 'culture' of an organisation even means? How people relate to each other? People are at work to work, that's how they relate to each other. A toxic organisation is one that can't do its own work properly. It nearly always has incompetent management. Another example of us turning what are basic, practical organisational issues into tribal warfare. We're populists, the practical way the work of the world gets done has no interest to us, we'd rather gossip and turn our lives into sport between warring tribes. https://www.canberratimes.com.au/story/7140568/three-steps-to-change-parliamentary-culture/
