Welcome to your newly shifted circadian rhythm. Which is really bad for you, but hey, all that extra time to drink wine after work. And extend those stinking hot and getting hotter summer days. Helps us cull all those fragile old people I guess who can’t deal with heat, on top of their circadian rhythm being shifted twice a year too. Let’s do something smart in Australia for once, like an hour less work, if we want an hour more daylight. Buy an hour instead of buy a bale. Much better for the farmers too. “”The European Commission’s consultation paper said: “Findings suggest that the effect on the human biorhythm may be more severe than previously thought.””
