Is it not obvious that this same pattern repeats over and over in America? Shit happens, people take to the streets, nothing is fixed. This is the broken culture on full display. Basic, calm, public administration doesn’t happen because the entire culture is hostile to it. Government is always the enemy, for every side of politics. Their only expression of collective life is creating a big gig-like crowd and taking to the streets. That’s a sign of a terrible immaturity of social development. It even celebrates that immaturity as ‘democracy’. It's the repetition of its founding, of revolution against the (perceived) ‘tyranny’ of government, by Puritan fundamentalists.
