Social media is such a sewer, that in 14 Council areas they couldn’t even get enough people to run. They see the all-out assault elected people receive, from social media mobs. I know fine people in our own areas who didn’t bother to run, for the same reason. These platforms need to be shut down. They’re destroying our societies, and we’re addicted to them because they seduce us with what we can’t resist - spying on other peoples’ lives, in a constant battle for social status.
