Sigh, another half-pregnant scheme. This will be like the laundry list of lockdown rules, imagine the poor schools trying to administer this farce, and teachers now being forced to teach the students in classrooms and online, at the same time. Just make it clean and simple, follow Victoria, everybody learns from home if they're able to. The things we do to appease the conservatives in our midst, for whom 'getting kids back where they belong' is apparently some emergency need. I skipped year 9 entirely at school and never even noticed the difference, a few months without the usual classrooms isn't going to hurt anybody - many kids would likely learn more without social distractions.
