I said when Trump was re-elected that the whole farce would likely implode by the mid-terms, and that the hysteria about fascist takeovers of the US is nonsense, that ‘totalitarian’ paranoia has always been the defining feature of all American culture. It’s childish to say I told you so, but here we are.
