Bit surprised at the number of people who say they absolutely would refuse to turn their air conditioner up a few degrees in summer, in times of high demand, even if they were paid to do it. It really enrages some people. Demand management is one of the smartest things we currently don’t do in managing energy. The savings to the whole country can be huge.
