More economic BS. 'Balanced budgets'. The budget is just the income and expenditure for the government for a given year, not a measure of how well the 'economy' is doing. To add to the BS, the economic Nazis will tell you that tax - government taking 'our' money - is the main way government gets income. All rubbish, the government creates and owns all the money, it doesn't need to borrow or tax to have income.
