We only need services like these because we privatised energy in Australia, a monumentally stupid thing to do. But given that's what we have, this is an excellent service, it'll assess your every bill and let you know if you can switch to a cheaper option with another provider. Fairly small annual fee, you'll save more (likely much more) than the service costs.
