Same headlines all around the world. Either tens of millions of people became selfish arseholes overnight, worldwide, or the ‘selfish panicking hoarders’ idea is dumb. In Australia it gets even more stupid, it was only a couple of months ago we were wallowing in how Australian it was to look out for each other, with the bushfires. There’s much more going on here I think, and little of it related to how selfish or unselfish we are.
