Should never have been done, upsets the natural ventilation under the floor. Having them ripped out. Haven’t missed the ducted gas heating, it’s a very wet heat too and filled the house with moisture every winter. Plus gas heating fills your house with unburned gas and exhaust gases, both horrible for your health. Now it costs a fortune to run, haven’t turned it on in years.
