Multiple great things in here that the title of the article won’t lead you to. The most bizarre belief that decades of a certain politics now makes common is that regulation is restriction, or even oppression. That’s completely backwards, humans invented regulation to FREE themselves. To remove oppression. That’s what laws are there to do, to prevent oppression. What else would the ‘rule of law’ even mean?
