What if 'real life' is actually school, and everything after we finish school is an imitation of life? What I mean is that all of life is, literally, made of ideas. There isn't a single thing you think, feel or do that isn't an idea, a belief. In your personal and work life. At school we're taught to work with ideas, and then we often stop. Seeing adult life as some sort of gritty 'real life', when in fact it's just a whole collection of habitual, tired ideas and opinions that gradually grind us into submission. Ideas enslave us, because we stop seeing them and interrogating them.
