Have been to Harvey Norman twice in two weeks to buy things. It was deserted, you could have heard a pin drop. I asked the salespeople how business was going, and they said terribly slow. The ‘economy’ is imploding. One of the main reasons I post about energy things so often, including electric cars, is that energy is one of ordinary peoples’ greatest costs. Nothing at all about ‘Greenies’, that has zero interest for me. It interests me as an engineer. Many are going to need every cent they can find. You don’t need to wait for governments to fix it, that will take years. You can do it inside 6 months. The changes won’t just pay for themselves, they’ll continue to make you money for decades.
