This is my bread and butter every day. The Council will no doubt cop a bashing, but read it and you’ll see the obvious cause is that some wally fell over, and then sued Council for a huge sum. This is kidult culture folks, everybody is a victim, and everybody wants to turn that victimhood into cash and thereby status, through legal action and GoFundMe. Me, me ,me.
