New Delhi is an example of why we're maybe not learning from our current experience. Look at the difference in air quality, then and now. That means more surely than just a temporary interruption to business as usual. It means business as usual was broken. Why the 'open up' forces bother me, desperate to get their old lives back. Those lives were broken in many ways, and we're not going to learn how if they win.
