Bodybuilding or any sort of deliberate ‘exercise’ use a model of saying your body just sits there turning to flab, unless you’re working it out regularly. Ignoring that all of your body is working in every tiny thing you do. It coordinates your sitting or standing or walking or stirring a cup of tea. There’s easily enough forces in play in the most basic of activities to maintain body strength and agility. What we’re lacking isn’t work-outs, it’s the understanding of how to use ALL of our body when doing our most basic things, rather than trying to use it just a piece at a time.
