The Anglo nations are enslaved by social media, the bubble they now live inside. All are rushing to install their own local Trumps, the social media President. Despite the complete train wreck Trump is in the US. Facts or evidence won’t sway things with a social media crowd. It’s 100% rabid team sports. Their team against your team. That’s what social media turns all life into, continuous battles between rival teams, for social status. The content of our debates is entirely irrelevant. It’s just the fuel for the battle between teams, every public issue will only be used as a new daily launching pad for more team sports. If you think the main game every day is to go into battle with your team, against another team, you’re in this bubble. Social media has hijacked your actual brain and feelings. Only AI can save us. Or total collapse of our societies. Look at the US. We’re old and tired societies trading on irrelevant nostalgia. Boxing kangaroos, ffs. A fight for a life long gone.
