There are only 2 things a highly infectious virus can do. Either it gets suppressed so much through quarantining that it only has tiny outbreaks here and there. Or - it's completely out of control. There's no middle option of a 'manageable' amount of virus. You can't 'control' it, you can't be half-pregnant. The 'CovidSAFE' idea for public spaces and workplaces is the half-pregnant option.
