If you're one of those who thinks the current outbreak is Victorian mismanagement, I suggest looking overseas. This virus is not 'suppressible', as experts here have said too. You can't 'open up' AND control the virus, at the same time. Nobody has managed it, it can't be done. The only 'Covid Safe' is 'No Covid'.
