The Owen Magnetic Tourer. Probably the world's first hybrid vehicle. 1915. The technology lost without trace after that for more than a century, replaced by absolute rubbish petrol and diesel cars. Now hybrids are back. The greatest drivetrains ever made. Tragic that we wasted a century because of Rockefeller's cheap oil.
