The Sealion 7 is now for sale in Australia. Like most BYDs, you're getting a LOT of high quality car for a small price. This is BYD's Tesla Model Y challenger, though it's not as hard to challenge Tesla in the current environment. This was originally on my list of possible buys, it's a beautiful car to drive in, luxury huge interior, and awesome and quiet electric power. The thing that ultimately sent me Tesla's way though is the efficiency. The BYD uses about 1.5 times the electricty the Tesla I bought does, on a trip. Though you'll still be paying way less than you would for petrol or diesel.
