If you find money on the footpath, what do you do? The papers yesterday were talking about how it’s actually illegal in some situations to keep found money, without trying to find the owner. What interested me more about the story was how we struggle with ethics and morality in deciding what’s good for individuals, and what’s good for groups. How do you decide whether an individual or group should be the most important consideration?
