I know many who work in various bodywork and physical therapy disciplines. One overwhelming fact re-framed all of that, for me, as it can anybody who wants their body to function in extraordinary ways. Your body is already working at optimal coordination, or better it will be for any new activity, if you just let it be. Which means, if you feel pains and tensions and strains, it's not because you're not doing something right, like your posture or movement. It's because you're trying to do it at all. If you approach every tension or strain as an *interference* to an already perfect coordination, as the symptom of some 'trying to do' that you're up to, it will transform you. No need to try to get your functioning perfect - it already is. You're just misusing it. People can go for years, decades even, trying to *do* the right thing to get the right functioning. You can't escape that trap, because that perfect functioning is already happening. The strains and pains you're feeling are the perfect coordination OF you 'trying to fix your coordination'. It's a vicious, bottomless abyss. Flip it, and your default state will be just being in the world, perfectly coordinated. And then feeling any interference, from within that opened state.
