Together with 'range anxiety' for EVs, many have battery anxiety, thinking they'll be up for thousands to replace faulty batteries. Both myths originating in social media slogans. EV batteries last way longer than you will ever own the car, soon up to 6 million km. And if anything goes wrong with them they're warranted for 160,000km for most EVs, though even that warranty is for them to still have more than 70% capacity, not for them to be unusable. https://nickelinstitute.org/en/blog/2022/march/four-million-mile-battery-is-now-a-reality/
