This is the profile picture of a senior manager, seen on Linkedin. (Some people here may know him, I won’t identify him.) It caught my eye because while digitally altering your face is now rife, with filters on social media, it’s the first time I’ve seen it so blatantly used in a full work environment, for public consumption. Something is happening to us, and I don’t think we’re paying attention.
