The new BMW IX3 electric is part of BMW's 'Neue Klasse' vehicles i.e. they're getting very serious about electric. Seems to be a superb vehicle in every way, great range, handling, efficiency. The stumbling block for me is another reason I love Teslas. It's $120,000 minimum to buy. You can buy a Tesla for half that. Plus it will come with no servicing requirements and an excellent supercharging network. I'm not a fan of American cars, but Teslas are the exception. They put engineering first, and that includes finding a way to do it affordably.
