Babies when held in water can walk, they don’t need to learn it. It’s a reflex. Aboriginal Australians, without training or shoes or tracks, could run faster than Usain Bolt. Most of our training and exercise is ignoring this one basic fact - it’s not you who walks or runs. They’re reflex actions, interacting with gravity and the ground. To walk and run well, you have to stop trying to walk and run well, and let your built-in elastic reflexes use gravity to spring you forward effortlessly.
