‘Urging’ will never overpower the most powerful force in the universe. Peer pressure, the need to do what everybody else is doing, and not stand out. Especially when your adult culture is really just an extension of high school, transacted on social media. But posting it here in the vain hope people might look after themselves. Covid didn’t go away, hey? Even though we kidults got bored with it, it no longer ‘trends’. We didn’t all become magically immune to it. It’s still killing and maiming and disabling with abandon.
