This is the next step for the 'sovereignty' movement. Sovereignty moves inside the individual. Seriously nasty in many ways, these people do things like shoot policeman asking for their driver's licence. Notice they only try to be sovereign individuals in countries that are peaceful and where you can live as an individual, because of strong government. They freeload off society, in a fantasy that society restricts their freedom.
