Lovely exponential curve. Not even the pandemic slowed the momentum much. You can be on the wrong side of this history, it'll just mean costing you a lot of money and pride. And think about the benefits: - no more engine noise - cars with a lot more grunt - cities with clean air - Australia is $50 billion a year richer - Australia is never reliant upon anybody else for energy, again - every house becomes its own service station - virtually zero servicing needed on your car - your car will last years longer - upgrading your car will be mostly just downloading new software - cars will be a massive battery storage supply for the whole country. And for the range anxiety types, just remember the average Australian car travels less than 40km per day.
