Here's some numbers to contextualise what I say about the AZ vaccine. Currently it causes about 2 clots for every 100,000 people vaccinated. That sounds tiny, right? About 16 million Australians are scheduled to get that vaccine. That would mean over 300 clots. Mortality is about 20-25%. So over 60 Australians will die, from the vaccine, based on current data, if they were all to get vaccinated.
