Hybrid update, our Kluger. Latest fuel consumption figure is 4.8L/100km. For a 2.3 tonne 7-seater car. That's with majority highway driving (Lithgow-Bathurst), which is actually less efficient with a hybrid because you need to use the petrol engine component more. So even lower, for the in-town bits, sometimes sub-3s. And the highway is a very hilly road, so the figure would be even better for flatter terrain. Beautiful engineering. (For the petrol heads, the hybrid and the V6 Klugers have almost identical power output. And the hybrid easily out-torques any V6, with the electric motors front and back.)
