Chris Bowen has organised for all Australians to get 3 free hours of electricity in the middle of the day, as some retailers were already offering. This will give people an opportunity to load-shift their heaviest electricity use away from peak hours in the evening. You'll need to have a smart meter (if you don't already ask your retailer to install one.) 3 free hours, every day. Welcome to the renewable revolution.
