This will drive the kangaroo court people absolutely nuts. I thought right from the start that this case would fall over, due to lack of due process. Not because I believe Pell is guilty or not - I have no idea, none of us do. The accused has rights, just as victims have rights, and the legal process looks at the details (what kangaroo court people never do, they're too lazy and righteous) and makes a judgement.
