The next time some pumped-up ambitious social climbing influencer using social media to promote themselves tells you your local council is incompetent and corrupt, and that's why you have potholes, think about this. 'Untied' grants, as the letter says, meaning grants not just tied to novelty cheques from State politicians trying to promote themselves with idiot projects. That's why Councils are broke.
