It's possible PewDiePie isn't anti-semitic (I have no idea), and has fallen victim to passing on jokes created by people who are. Jokes are the original viral marketing, they lower the threshold of what's acceptable and cultivate the ground for nastier things down the track. Often people who repeat the jokes don't even realise this is what's going on. Living in an Anglo country, it's always on evidence just how little many people understand racism, or are able to see it when it's happening. If you're the top dog culturally, you just haven't experienced it.
