Christmas is the worst time of year for many. People with depression often hate it. The homeless, the poor, sometimes those who share custody of children. Etc. If you enjoy Christmas, you’re probably doing OK in life. I think it’s worth remembering and pondering that, because the true meaning of Christmas always was the transformation of the evil in the world, into joy. How much of that did we do this year? And how much did we just have ‘fun’, and is our Christmas festival now just that same fun, turned to 11?
