Watching the Souths vs Roosters game last week, it made me think that the ridiculous number of high tackles and deliberate head shots should be a WHS issue. NRL players are employees, and individually sin-binning people who take cheap head shots isn't going to fix anything. Their employers have WHS responsibility to stop this happening. If they don't think so, I'm sure lawyers are going to feast on them in years to come.
