She lied. She's good at that. We'll likely hit 1000 cases in a day tomorrow. She's still doing nothing more to get case numbers down. Thinks vaccines will do it. They won't, far too slow. She's ignoring the national pandemic exit plan, which requires States to get case numbers as close to zero as possible. And ignoring the Doherty modelling that underlies it. And yet she'd probably still win an election. The real epidemic here is of stupid, not the virus.
